First, we discuss the details of the order with customers by phone or email.

Then, we will develop and produce the custom samples. We design, evaluate and adjust the size, structure, printing process of the samples according to customer’s needs, and confirm the custom samples finally.

After confirming the samples by customer, we will arrange to produce the bulk production.

Before bulk production, we will check the quality of materials, confirm the printing process and colors of the tinplates. In the process of production, the quality inspection personnel will also carry out continuous spot check on the products on the production line to ensure the quality of the products. In the process of packaging, warehouse quality inspection personnel will also check the quantity and quality of finished products to ensure that the products are consistent with the customer's order requirements before shipment.
