In general, tinplate printing usually have color difference, even if the same pattern in different batches of printing color will be different. So in bulk printing, color matching is very important. Color matching usually refers to that when we make bulk printing, in order to ensure the color same with the previous batch of tin boxes or with customer’s samples, we need to compare the color of the mass printing of tinplate with the samples confirmed by customer, to ensure that the color of mass printing is as consistent as possible with the samples.
As shown in the figure, the customer sent 4 samples, and the color of the large goods is required to be consistent with the sample.
As shown in the video, we took the customer's sample and compared it with the iron material in printing to ensure that the color of the bulk goods is consistent with the color required by the customer.
