How to make the tin box look good without printing?

As all we know, the tin box is a kind of environmental protection packaging, in addition to the maximum protection of the box of products, but also to attract the attention of consumers on the appearance.

In the market, most tin boxes are printed on the surface with beautiful patterns and customer logos, exquisite design has become an important premise of the production of tin boxes. As mentioned in the case we published before, the printing process will increase the production cost of tin boxes, and some small enterprises or individuals will struggle whether to replace the original cheap packaging such as paper boxes with tin boxes. So, is there any way to reduce the production cost of tin boxes and also can show the characteristics of tin boxes? Color Can has some solutions to this problem, making tin boxes look good even without printing.

As shown in following pictures, there is no printed pattern on the surface, only some embossed and debossed patterns and logos, but it gives people a bright visual effect, and at the same time, it has a comfortable touch. 

This is our solution 1: customize an engraving mold according to the pattern the customer wants. There is no need to print the surface of tinplate material, only need to put a layer of protective oil on the surface and then add the mold during production to stamp out the pattern and logo.

As shown  in following pictures, there is also no printed patterns on the surface of this box, but we use tinplate material with its own frosted effect to make it, and use a carving die to punch out a three-dimensional effect on the surface of the tin box to make the whole tin box look more high-end.

This is our solution 2: replace ordinary tinplate with frosted tinplate, and engrave what the customer wants to show.
