Customer tells us that he needs a tin box with hinged lid like the tin in the picture. But the size should be 75mm length, 30mm width and 100mm height.
Color Can Team make the plastic mock up according to customer’s request.
Step 3: Confirm the plastic mock up and draw template of metal mold
Customer is satisfied with the plastic mock up, then we prepare materials for metal mold and draw template of the tin box for customer at the same time. By the way, customer also wants the logo embossed on top and body.
Customer make design for the tin box and we print it for custom samples.
Step 5: Produce samples
